We want customers who love our application so much, they want to refer us to their peers. The best way to get these customers is by evaluating pilots objectively.
We want everyone who pilots our application to become a customer. Of course we would. However that's short sighted. We don't want them to just be 'customers', we want customers who love it so much, they want to refer us to their peers. Honestly, the only way to do this is if you evaluate your pilot objectively. If you do this, you will have a clear vision as to why our application works well for your business. This makes it much more likely that you will continue to be a customer for many years to come. So don't overlook this phase, for our sake!
Take each one of your initial goals and gather the metrics that will help you to objectively evaluate the pilot.
If you have set staff productivity as a goal, its time to work out how long was spent using the application during the pilot and establish the time it takes during the current process. You can then compare these metrics to establish how much more productive our application is. During pilots we have found that 5x times the data gets captured in 1/4 of the time, when compared to a traditional paper process.
We can also help you put together some of these metrics. If you are happy using our baseline metrics for a paper process, we are happy to share them with you. We can also put together usage statistics for your account during the pilot, simply get in contact with us and we can discuss your requirements.
So now you have all your metrics, its time to take a look at how our application compared to your existing process. We're confident that our application will prove to be a great fit with your company and meet the goals that you have set. However its only by doing this yourself in an objective manner that we end up with customers that are prepared to refer us to their peers.
Now its a matter of rolling out our application into the care home that you ran the pilot in and then into the other homes under your management. Its easier than you might initially think.
